Testimonial by Kathryn from Horsham Paul’s passion for his practice and sharing his experience is both infectious and inspiring. I was curious to observe for myself how this work may be received and applied. To date, I’ve attended three group sessions and a silent retreat in a beautiful setting on the south downs. Paul is perhaps the only person in the UK who has trained directly in Relational Yoga. What he is offering is completely different from anything I’ve experienced in 25 years of practice. |

Testimonial by Iain from Brighton My first experience of the breath work Paul facilitates was at a 1 day workshop in Peacehaven. I went with an open mind and expected a day of relaxation and meditation, something I had limited but positive experience of. However, that was to only the start and I found the breath Kriya in particular to be astonishing, provoking feelings and physical responses that I could not explain. I have a scientific background whilst I could not explain what I experienced I could also not deny how light and relaxed I felt. I also felt like some emotional burdens had lifted.

Cure for Postural Problems? |

Testimonial by John Kapp
I think that Ujjayi breathing could be the cure for my postural problems (a kyphosis or dowager’s hump), which I have had for at least 20years. I am now 70, and have had several related breakdowns of health, when I was housebound for months. I had osteoporosis and ankolosing spondylitis 13 years ago, a stomach ulcer 4 years ago, and been crippled with osteo-arthritis, having a total hip replacement a year ago, from which I am only just back to normal. |

Testimonial by Mark Clulow That's Me! I did a one-day workshop followed by a silent retreat weekend down in Brighton. The one day workshop was a great introduction to the breath techniques, which are more fun than anything! |
